Ted Escobedo

Ted and his husband, Eduardo “Lalo” love traveling, exploring and visiting new places and are admitted farmer’s market addicts.

Ted’s forte is creativity. Owner and publisher of Snappy Publishing, Ted has been involved with the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation for 10 plus years as the creative mind behind the “In the Know” magazine and newsletter content, among other projects.

“My family honors my sister, Terry who died from leukemia at the age of 8. She has had an indelible impact on all of our lives. Even though I was born after her passing, she remains an unforgettable part of our family’s story. I am happy to contribute to the ‘Blue Tie’ effort because I believe that education about men’s health issues and cancer risks is extremely important in our community.”
