The Rio Grande Cancer Foundation is pleased to offer our grant making process in a manner that is both flexible and user friendly. Please take time to read the guidelines in its entirety as well as the Grant FAQs. They provide helpful information that will make the process easier.
The Rio Grande Cancer Foundation exists to reduce the human and economic impact of cancer on the citizens of El Paso County through the financial support and development of effective programs for cancer patients and their families.
Since our inception, the Foundation has granted over $4 million to organizations that work in the areas of support services, quality of life, treatment and diagnostic and prevention programs.

Grant requests will be considered only from agencies located within or offering services to the citizens of El Paso County. Applicants must be exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) or Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Grants will generally not be made for annual campaigns, dinners or special events, capital campaigns or travel.
