We offer a series of yoga classes for everyone and ALL levels from Monday to Thursday. With expert instructors guiding each session, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, strengthen your body, and nurture your spirit whether you’re a beginner or an experienced “yogi.”
Please RSVP for classes you plan on attending, as well as cancel when you can not attend (available through the email you will receive after registration.) This will allow us to keep our classes at a comfortable size and not over-filled. If the class you are trying to register for is greyed out, it means that it is full.
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and water. Please be on time, as once the class begins you will not be admitted if you’re late.
Donations are accepted in lieu of class fees. Donations make it possible for us to keep growing.
